KISII REPORT - MEET THE ORPHANAGE STAFF

Dear Beloved Dad, Mum, Church and friends,

 Greetings from Log Orphanage Kenya, we are praising God each time for your payers, as we have time to share with you. We are praying for you all each day we share with God in prayers.

Thanks for the help we received recently for food and some for the school fees. Yet we have the school fees balance of $1500 and also the food is the challenge daily because the money we received was enough for food for two days which lasted from Wednesday through Friday.

From Friday we are struggling with the feeding of the children with some local food. Kindly we request your help for the children.

We want to praise God for the day, allow us to introduce to you the close friends of the children who have left their work undone to help and serve the children at their level of best.

You can find pictures attached, of cook man, cook lady, patron and matron. These are the group we salute for and they are working without payment. They wake up very early in the morning 5:00 AM and go to bed 9:00 PM.

The challenges for this group is that most their own family members, children and other in the family, who also need their help. They struggle to get food and even basic needs for their own family. Having money to support their family is difficult because they wake up each morning of help with the orphans and go their family late.

Kindly pray for these cooks for the lord to provide for their needs as they have been faithful to serve these children. Pray for their health as they have put their life in danger to cook for the children as they work in smoky condition.

But they have not despaired serving these children. May God of heaven and earth answer the prayer of this group. Yes there are other church members who do help them but these are the one that work more days surely they every day.

The second group is matron and patron who are so close to the security of the children daytime and night time. This group which

Matron Venic Nyasimi

has helped the children in maintaining sanitation and make environment free of dust and ventilation of the dormitory. They also monitor the health and well-being of the children.

They have volunteered and they are full time each day. They sleep with the children in their dormitory. The challenges for these are of the same that their help is needed at their family while they have left it serving these children pray for the Matron and Patron. God bless them and provide for them.

(Venic is a widow with two children of her own, but the children stay with a relative while she is at the orphanage.

 

Isaac is not married, but also has family considerations as he has other family.)

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our prayer requests God to supply is:

Pray for food as we have nothing to give to the children to eat

Pray for the school fees
Pray for the orphanage workers
Pray for the expansion of the gospel in our area and Kenya.
Pray for general needs of the children such beds, clothing, shoes, water sources for the children and more of the needs of these children under our care.

 May God bless you as you are going to be moved for the needs of these children, we pray God to move in your hearts to stand and help these children have their needs answered, kindly we request you not to close your eyes on the needs of these ambassadors of the gospel tomorrow.

May God protect and provide as you help to shape the future of these 42 plus children under our care. We welcome your help and willing heart to send their help to Pastor Don and Vivian, who have been faithful to spare their time and resources to help these children.

Thanks to all who have sent their financial gift through them. We received them and for those are going to be moved to help trust them we are going to receive them and we will send feedback of the use of the financial gift you will donate. Be assured beloved that every cent or coin we receive is used directly for the needs of these children.
