NOTES FROM THE CHILDREN OF THE LOG CHURCH ORPHANAGE - NANCY MONG'INA

I am Nancy Mong’ina. I have grown up in Log Orphanage situated in Sengera (Kisii-Kenya).

I joined here when I was unexpectedly abandoned by my parents. In this orphanage we are well cared for, we are fed with good and healthy cooked meals. I have also learnt to help out in kitchen work.

We enjoy eating together with other children just like any other family. Indeed life is very good in this orphanage and I can’t regret for finding myself in this caring hands that provides to all my basic needs. This place has made my life to settle down over years.
